Occupational Health & Medical Surveillance
Statutory pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, fitness-to-work certification, audiometry, spirometry and hazard-based health surveillance for Indian workplaces. Pan-India, at your site.
About this corporate wellness service
The medical examinations the law requires you to run — done properly, at your site, with records that survive an audit.
We handle pre-employment medicals, periodic health surveillance for hazardous processes, fitness-to-work certification and return-to-work clearance. Camps run at your plant or office; results are digital and audit-ready the same week.
If you also need the OHC facility itself built, staffed or run, that is our OHC Setup & Management service.

What we run
Pre-employment medicals establish a baseline before someone starts. Periodic examinations track workers in hazardous processes at the frequency your state rules require. Fitness-to-work certification answers a single question — can this person safely do this job — and return-to-work clearance does the same after injury or long illness.
Test batteries are built around the actual hazard, not a generic package: audiometry where there is noise, spirometry and chest imaging where there is dust or fumes, vision testing for precision or driving roles, and biological monitoring where there is chemical exposure.
How an engagement runs
We map your workforce against statutory obligations and hazard exposure, then agree who needs which tests and how often. We schedule camps around your shift pattern so production is not interrupted, bring the equipment and clinicians to site, and run examinations in a fixed daily throughput.
Reports come back digitally: individual confidential records for the employee, fitness status for HR, and an anonymised risk picture for EHS. Statutory forms are completed and maintained continuously, not reconstructed before an inspection.
Why it usually gets outsourced
Doing this internally means recruiting an occupational health physician, buying and calibrating audiometry and spirometry equipment, tracking who is due for which test across shifts and locations, and keeping statutory registers current across every state you operate in.
We carry that: national clinician coverage, calibrated mobile equipment, scheduling, and one reporting standard across every site — so a plant in Hosur and a campus in Gurgaon produce identical, comparable records.
Where we operate
Pan-India, including Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Coimbatore and Indore, plus industrial belts and remote plant locations.
Common settings: manufacturing and factories under the Factories Act, pharmaceutical and chemical plants, automotive and engineering, food processing, warehousing and logistics, construction sites, and corporate campuses.
Frequently asked questions
What is occupational health surveillance?
Occupational health surveillance is the systematic medical examination of workers exposed to workplace hazards — noise, dust, chemicals, vibration — to detect early health effects. In India it is required under the Factories Act, 1948 and State Factories Rules for employees engaged in hazardous processes.
How is this different from your OHC Management service?
Occupational health surveillance is the medical examination programme: pre-employment medicals, periodic examinations, fitness-to-work certification and screening. OHC Setup & Management is the onsite facility — building, staffing and running an Occupational Health Centre. Many clients take both; either works standalone.
Do you conduct medical examinations at our site?
Yes. We run onsite camps at plants, campuses and remote locations across India, bringing clinicians and calibrated equipment to you and scheduling around your shift pattern so production is not disrupted.
Which tests are included?
The battery is built around your hazards: audiometry for noise exposure, spirometry and chest imaging for dust and fumes, vision testing for precision and driving roles, biological monitoring for chemical exposure, plus baseline clinical examination and pathology as required.
Do you provide fitness-to-work certification?
Yes. We issue fitness-to-work certification for new and existing employees and return-to-work clearance after injury or extended illness, with the statutory forms and records your inspection file requires.
How are employee medical records kept confidential?
Individual clinical results go to the employee. HR receives fitness status only. EHS receives anonymised, aggregated risk trends. Records are held digitally with access controls rather than in open paper files.
How quickly do we get reports?
Digital reports are typically available the same week as the camp, with statutory forms completed and maintained on an ongoing basis rather than assembled before an audit.
Do you cover multi-site and remote locations?
Yes. We run national programmes across multiple plants and offices under one clinical standard and one reporting format, including Tier 2 and remote industrial locations where local occupational health capacity is limited.
